Self Service Fuel Facility

The self service fuel facility at Biggin Hill is now available for use. Please note that fuel drawn is 4p cheaper than if the bowser crew fill up our aircraft, so please familiarise yourselves with the procedures and use it.

The "credit cards" for fuel have been attached to the individual aircraft keys - PLEASE DO NOT REMOVE THEM
You must use the card attached to the respective aircraft keys - they are not interchangeable. Details of how to use the credit cards in the fueling facility are attached to the booking out sheets - DO NOT REMOVE THEM A copy of this information has been laminated and placed in each aircraft for use at the pumps. NB MAKE A NOTE OF THE "PIN NUMBER" when booking out the aircraft as you will need to enter this at the pump. When you draw fuel - get a receipt - and place it in the folder when booking the aircraft back in. For full details of how to approach the pumps, where to park and how to use the grounding wire and pumps themselves go to www.bigginhillairport.com/selfrefuel.pdf, a copy of this document can also be found in the club house.

A gentle reminder - Call for taxi clearance to the self service facility before moving off.

If you have any difficulty you can also call the Fuel Office on the Ground frequency or by phoning 01959 - 578526
